Greenwing Solutions announces new company website

4/15/2011 - We are proud to announce the launch of our new website, including a completely revamped client area.

Our Method

Our development method involves a five step process:

  1. Identify
  2. Implement
  3. Communicate
  4. Quality Assurance (QA)
  5. Go Live

Identify

The first step is to identify the problem. Our team asks the right questions to determine where the project begins and ends. We build a project map to determine the defined goal of the project and how we get from point A to B.

Implement

After identifying the project to be completed we move to the implementation phase. This involves a project meeting with our staff to break the project into small pieces that are assigned to different team members. Graphics and design updates are sent to the graphic designer, software changes are sent to the programming team and network-related issues go to the network team. All these groups are coordinated by the overall project manager.

Communicate

We pride ourselves on client communication, both via email, our project management system and phone calls. You will always know the status of your project, where the budgets stands and estimated completion date. We make ourselves available for any status or conference calls and arrange project meetings around your schedule.

Quality Assurance

When any programming change occurs on the website it gets at least two sets of eyes on it. The same person making the change does not complete the testing/QA phase. Before putting changes live on the site, the programmer/designer turns it over to the testing/QA person. We use this method to minimize errors and reduce confusion.

Go Live

After testing/QA has been completed, the changes are sent to the contact person for final approval (if requested) and the changes are made live on the site.
